Key Responsibilities:

This role oversees the culinary and production operations within a compact food manufacturing setting, including the management and training of production personnel.

Provide effective leadership to ensure that finished products are produced on schedule and meet specifications, while adhering to quality standards, food safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.

Enhance culinary processes, support production scaling, implement process improvements, and drive growth initiatives. Collaborate with packaging, packing, and warehouse teams to guarantee the timely delivery of finished products.


Qualifications:
BA or AS in Culinary Arts.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume catering or commissary environment.
Experience in managing and training culinary teams.
Knowledge of HACCP principles related to food safety.
ServSafe certification required.

Competitive base salary of $85-95K, along with a performance bonus based on established and achieved KPIs, 401K plan, monthly insurance stipend, paid vacation, paid holidays, and relocation assistance.
