About the Opportunity

Molina Healthcare is seeking a skilled Corporate Operations Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives and division teams. As a Corporate Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, prioritizing management/client requests to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive correspondence, calendars, and records, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, making necessary arrangements to ensure details are completed
  • Prepare recurring and special reports and presentations, analyzing and interpreting data to inform executive decisions
  • Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to the executive, maintaining discretion and professionalism
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance business operations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • 5-7 years office/clerical experience
  • 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • PREFERRED EDUCATION: Business Related Courses
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years experience in an administrative role
