Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at SDC CPAs, LLC in Aurora, Illinois. This role involves providing support to accountants and administrative staff members, managing files and documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks efficiently and promptly as assigned.
- Provide support to accountants and administrative staff members.
- Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities.
- Fulfill filing and documentation requirements.
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Transmit correspondence to clients and insureds.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks are essential.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, or kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be advantageous.
SDC CPAs, LLC is an investigative accounting firm specializing in analyzing and handling fidelity claims for the insurance adjusting and defense industry. We provide national and international investigation and forensic accounting services.
