Job Title: Semiconductor Construction Coordinator

MSR-FSR is seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction activities with trades, engineers, and owners in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction to the schedule, identifying, coordinating, and communicating detailed tasks and plans for execution of scope.
  • Act as the point of contact between tool owners and trades, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and execute paperwork and construction requirements for construction milestones.
  • Conduct site walks to ensure accuracy and quality of construction work.
  • Facilitate and participate in the RFI process to minimize time between questions and quality solutions.
  • Maintain a professional customer service-oriented attitude in all situations.
  • Promote and maintain a team atmosphere and attitude.
  • Perform peripheral activities not specifically included in CCs roles and responsibilities to ensure success.
  • Resolve coordination issues, manage and issue work-order-change/requests for factory tool vendors/move in/move out efforts where necessary.
  • Participate in Design Review and support process by providing construction management-related information.
Requirements:
  • General understanding of construction sequencing using the latest construction industry standards.
  • Familiarity with utilities infrastructure in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Must be in the field during the time trades are working, to enable immediate issue resolution in the field, escalate issues to superiors as appropriate.
  • Previous semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial construction experience.
  • BS in Construction Management preferred or 5+ years direct semiconductor trades and construction experience.

  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
