About the Role

Farnsworth Group is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveying Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a key member of our survey department, you will provide leadership to field crews and CAD technicians, oversee budgets, and manage various survey projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians, and other staff members.
  • Administer contracts and manage projects, interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.
  • Schedule and assign work to meet completion dates.
  • Plan and develop surveying projects.
Requirements
  • Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Colorado.
  • 10+ years of surveying experience.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with survey staff, ideally in a multi-discipline engineering firm.

Salary Range

$110,000-$140,000 (salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity).
