Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate documentation
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to patient needs in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with adequate supplies
- Transport patients as needed, with safety and dignity
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical-surgical setting
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills and ability to use department equipment
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and transport patients
