Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced travel nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac trauma and telemetry, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage telemetry patients' vital signs, including EKGs and other cardiac-related data.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record.
- Current CO license
- 2 years of experience in telemetry and cardiac trauma
- Basic EKG competency and experience with telemetry patients
- ACLS certification
- IMC experience preferred
