My RIA Lawyer is seeking an experienced Virtual Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starter who is driven to deliver high-quality work and has excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, including answering phone calls, emails, and arranging meetings and travel.
- Assist with preparing legal documents and contracts, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently.
- Take care of administrative tasks, such as managing the inbox, archiving emails, and ensuring the team is aware of upcoming deadlines.
- Complete legal research under the supervision of attorneys and paralegals.
- Maintain case management systems and electronic filing systems.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products.
- Quick to learn new technology.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary.
- Some college is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be able to type 50 words per minute or faster.
- Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs.
Compensation: $50,000 yearly.
