Lead Generation
Our agents benefit from a robust lead generation system, receiving a minimum of 20+ rental leads weekly from multiple sources. This system has been refined since our inception and is designed to support a select group of agents. In addition to residential leads, agents can expect to receive commercial leads (typically 5+ per week) focused on office, retail, restaurant, and multi-family properties. Our proven track record includes significant sales, with one agent closing a $22 million transaction from our leads.
Agents also have the opportunity to take on residential buyer leads (typically 5+ per week) and can expand their reach across Massachusetts.
Training and Support
We prioritize the development of our agents, offering training that emphasizes technology utilization for client acquisition and effective follow-up strategies.
Compensation Structure
Our commission structure is straightforward: agents receive a 50/50 split on company-generated leads, while personal leads start at a 75% commission for the first three years. After three years, agents benefit from a $5,000 cap system, allowing them to retain 100% of their earnings beyond this threshold. Company leads continue at a 50/50 split, and agents who transact their own properties enjoy a 100% commission. Importantly, there are no desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees.

Requirements
A valid Massachusetts Real Estate License is mandatory for applicants.
Work Schedule
