Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing prescribed care plans from physicians
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Educating and training family members on health promotion
  • Managing verbal orders from physicians and ensuring compliance
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient conditions

Qualifications Required:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from recognized organizations
  • Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
