Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Multifamily Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Interpreting and managing blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Leading and supervising onsite construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and managing resources effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing high-end, high-rise, and mid-rise construction projects.
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Expertise in building codes and safety regulations.
- Experience in construction estimating and budget management.

- Experience with condominium construction and tenant improvements.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
