Position Overview
QinetiQ is in search of a dynamic and adaptable Project Coordinator / Graphic Artist who can manage a range of administrative duties alongside minor graphic design projects. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team member with a proactive attitude, capable of efficiently juggling multiple responsibilities. No task is too large or too small, and you excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating logistical arrangements for official visits, events, meetings, and ceremonies.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all official visits, events, meetings, and ceremonies within the organization, providing regular updates to Leadership.
- Execute daily operational procedures to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities related to assigned tasks/orders.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and teamwork to understand and meet customer needs while adhering to deadlines.
- Provide graphic design assistance across various channels within the organization.
- Collaborate with Leadership to gather necessary direction, preferences, and timelines for successful graphic production.
- Manage multiple graphic design projects with overlapping deadlines effectively.
- Communicate clearly with Leadership to address any questions regarding project scope or prioritization.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee supplies and inventory management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Secret Security Clearance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience providing graphics and multimedia support to clients.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with clients, team members, and all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
