Job Title: SharePoint Administrator - IT Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team at JCD Staffing. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability of SharePoint site collections across supported networks, including multiple SharePoint servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain three integration farms (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS) with fifteen servers to resemble production environments.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint servers, including daily system checks and recording critical checks to the DAIIS IT Portal.
  • Apply Security Template Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and security updates and hotfixes to address Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) within 30 calendar days.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, TTPs, System Architecture Guides, and Diagrams for all G6 systems and hardware configurations.
  • Provide detailed SharePoint site metrics, including utilization, uptime, storage availability, performance, and modify report criteria as needed.
  • Research and resolve SharePoint errors using administrative log files and provide broad spectrum support for users.
  • Notify the Government of any unscheduled system outages within 30 minutes and add to operations log within four hours.
  • Provide after-hours on-site support to respond to system/application malfunctions.
  • Monitor and assume responsibility of trouble tickets assigned to the SharePoint Administration branch.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
