Position Overview

The Senior Analyst for Loyalty Marketing plays a crucial role in shaping member communications and developing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of loyalty products valued at over $150 million, including Free Spirit, Co-Brand, and Savers Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Drive acquisitions, engagement, and retention through a strategic communication approach tailored to the full range of loyalty offerings.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to create targeted communications, promotions, and events that align with the overarching goals of the Loyalty product suite.
  • Communication Management: Develop and oversee ongoing communications for the loyalty products, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives that enhance member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, managing projects across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Marketing Execution: Oversee marketing efforts across critical touchpoints, including Web, Email, App, Social Media, and SMS.
  • Event Coordination: Manage loyalty activations and in-person events to foster member relationships.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Value Proposition Development: Identify guest needs and craft compelling value propositions that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign KPIs to inform future strategies and execution plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years in strategy project management, loyalty programs, or product/service development is preferred.
  • Strong branding and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer retention and loyalty marketing.
  • Familiarity with segmentation and persona development is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in creating and executing lifecycle marketing strategies for customer programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on building relationships.
Work Environment

This position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. The role may require occasional physical activity, including lifting up to 10 lbs.
