We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flexibility Coach to join our team at StretchLab Bothell, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their wellness and fitness goals.

About Us: At StretchLab Bothell, we pride ourselves on being a boutique fitness and wellness concept studio that offers a unique experience for our clients. Our studios are located in Canyon Park, Bothell, WA, and near the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA.

Job Description: As a Flexibility Coach, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one high-quality stretch sessions to members and prospective members. You will work closely with clients to develop customized programs tailored to their specific needs and goals, ensuring they achieve optimal results and maximize their membership utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized stretch routines based on client needs and goals.
  • Educate and motivate clients during sessions, providing guidance on proper stretching techniques and safety protocols.
  • Enter session notes into clients' profiles to ensure seamless communication and optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of follow-up appointments to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Clean and maintain studio equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with community events, demos, and pop-ups to promote the studio and engage with potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed as a Flexibility Coach at StretchLab Bothell, you must possess a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field, or certification in Physical Therapy/Assistant, Fitness, Personal Training, or other relevant bodywork certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.50/hour, plus bonus potential based on individual and studio performance.
