Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and interacting with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
- Evaluate students' progress and complete required skill tracking in a timely manner
- Interact with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills
- Act as a GSS ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction
Requirements:
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background examinations (included with training)
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week
- Must be able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Must be at least 16 years old or turning 16 years old upon start date

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for advancement.
