Position Overview: CareGard is seeking a Risk Manager to oversee its comprehensive insurance and risk management initiatives. The Risk Manager will be responsible for evaluating and identifying potential risks that may affect the organization’s reputation, safety, security, or financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough risk assessments by gathering and analyzing relevant documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at identifying and mitigating risks across various services and departments.
  • Review existing risk management policies and protocols, providing recommendations for enhancements and executing necessary changes.
  • Propose and implement risk management strategies, including insurance options, safety and security measures, business continuity plans, and recovery strategies.
  • Analyze metrics and data related to cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activities to detect potential fraudulent activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed risk reports and proposals to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • This position requires full onsite presence.
