We are in search of a Medical Technologist who can deliver expertise and drive results. Our team values collaboration and is eager to welcome a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise and timely laboratory analyses while adhering to established protocols.
- Assume departmental responsibilities in the absence of supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient outcomes.
- Execute urgent procedures within specified turnaround times.
- Utilize sound judgment and independent reasoning in interpreting patient results.
- Monitor pending logs and resolve outstanding tasks effectively.
- Implement quality control measures in accordance with established guidelines.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology is preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred.
- A valid State of Florida Technologist License is mandatory or the ability to obtain one during the interview process.
- Licensure in one or more clinical specialty areas is preferred.
