We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Family Health Centers of San Diego. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical services to patients in underserved communities.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work under the direction of our Chief Medical Officer to offer complete medical services to patients, including assessing medical information, developing treatment plans, and ordering diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities- Medical Services: Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Clinic Operations: Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner Certification and Furnishing Permit required.
- Licenses: Current State License and national certification from a recognized certifying body.
- Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Competitive Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
