Job Responsibilities & Requirements- Specialty: SICU - Surgical Intensive Care

This position is exclusively for travel nurses; local candidates will not be considered. The role involves rotating day and night shifts. Previous travel experience is essential. Candidates must possess AHA BLS/ACLS, NIHSS certifications, and a valid RN license in New York State. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical ICU setting, including neurosurgical care, is required. Nurses may be required to float within the ICU as necessary and are expected to work every other weekend.
The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing vascular surgical procedures, neurosurgery, trauma care, and other complex surgical interventions. Additionally, the nurse will manage any OB/GYN patients needing advanced ICU-level care.
Compensation & BenefitsRightPro Staffing offers a competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
