About the Role
Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
- Build rapport with customers, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and provide support and compassion.
- Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.

Office Hours
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm.
