The Employee Engagement Specialist will collaborate closely with People Operations, management, and team members to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise initiatives that foster a sense of community and belonging.

This role requires full-time engagement at our headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, and recognition programs.
  • Utilize internal digital platforms to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in S-One initiatives.
  • Partner with the People Operations team and leadership to create programs that support employee well-being.
  • Act as a liaison between our employees and community partners.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
  • In-depth knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Suite, ClickUp, and internal digital workspace platforms.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving needs and priorities.
