As a Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include managing the installation of HVAC systems, which encompasses ductwork, rooftop units, VAV boxes, and more. You will play a crucial role in providing leadership on-site, ensuring safety, accountability, and support while mentoring your crew.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects valued at $1,000,000 or more, managing a crew of 10 or more.
- Exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities, along with a deep understanding of the HVAC/Sheet Metal industry.
- Plan installations meticulously, adhering to contract specifications and company protocols.
- Maintain a safe working environment, promoting Moore's safety culture and procedures.
- Manage coordinated and pre-fabricated projects effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on-site.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing stress effectively.
- Serve as a mentor and training supervisor for your team.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in HVAC projects.
- Journeyman or Master certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy objects and working in diverse environments.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
