We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman to join our team at Cooper Electrical Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with NEC and company standards
- Supervise and train electrical technicians, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve optimal results
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements
- Apprenticeship or Journeyman's Certificate in electrical work
- Proven experience in electrical project management, supervision, or leadership
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
