Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman to join our team at Cooper Electrical Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with NEC and company standards
  • Supervise and train electrical technicians, promoting a culture of safety and excellence
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve optimal results
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or Journeyman's Certificate in electrical work
  • Proven experience in electrical project management, supervision, or leadership
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
