We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Medical Group. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care services to patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient history, assessment, and diagnostic studies.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of health conditions.
- Document patient care and nursing processes in accordance with Ascension St. Vincent Medical Group standards and policies.
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Nurse Practitioner certification from a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ANCC, NCC, or Indiana Board of Nursing).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
