Job Summary

As a primary care provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities. Responsibilities

Provide accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients

Conduct routine examinations and administer immunizations as needed

Order and administer medications, including vaccinations and injections

Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program

Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse

Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
