Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor in creating and implementing cleaning schedules and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
