Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Room Attendant to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Change bed linens and towels
  • Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
  • Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report any problems to management
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
