We are seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our team at Nans. This role requires a strong passion for service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and package takeout orders for pick up
- Assist guests and take orders at the register
- Open the restaurant daily, ensuring everything is ready for customers
- Oversee coffee and tea inventory, including ordering and stocking
- Craft custom sauce and syrup recipes for scratch-made drinks
- Put away coffee and tea orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. As a key member of our team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and contribute to the success of Nans.
