Job Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Lead Barista to spearhead our team's efforts in creating memorable customer experiences at Nans. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and develop unique drink recipes.

Main Duties:
  • Manage the takeout process, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient packaging
  • Interact with customers, taking orders and processing payments with accuracy and speed
  • Ensure the restaurant is prepared for the day, including setting up equipment and supplies
  • Monitor coffee and tea stock levels, ordering and receiving shipments as necessary
  • Create customized drink recipes using in-house syrups and ingredients
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and promote teamwork

A successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing world-class customer service.

Salary Range:$52,000 - $62,000 per year
