Job Summary:

To provide exceptional service to our customers at Packo's, ensuring a friendly, timely, and professional experience through the delivery of all beverage and food products sold at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet each customer with a smile and make first contact with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure the safe and controlled service of all alcoholic beverages by verifying identification and monitoring customer behavior.
  • Accurately and efficiently process food and beverage orders, ringing them up on the computer register in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a good working knowledge of charges and payment methods.
  • Understand and adhere to the employee discount program and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Restock the server station with condiments, cups, and other essentials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pre-buss tables, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and trash are properly disposed of.
  • Reconcile paperwork with management at the end of each shift and perform closing duties, including sweeping and restocking.
  • Report any irregularities or concerns to management, and maintain good working relationships with coworkers.
Requirements:
  • Energetic and customer service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting and bending tasks.
