Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure operational readiness of IT networks and systems for all activities supported by our program.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and implement necessary technical requirements.
  • Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations.
  • Maintain databases and perform basic programming tasks related to system administration.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance our IT capabilities.
  • Provide leadership in the integration and testing of complex network systems, including vendor interactions for equipment procurement.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of government-furnished equipment and software.
  • Manage inventory and organization of software and hardware resources.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience levels required: Level I: 0-3 years, Level II: 3-5 years, Level III: 5-8 years, Level IV: 8+ years.
  • Prior experience with classified systems is preferred.
  • Experience with government equipment maintenance is advantageous.
  • Security+ certification or equivalent is necessary, with a commitment to achieving compliance.
  • Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
