Job Description

The Center Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks, guaranteeing consistency, flow, and achievement of individual and team goals. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to interface daily with patients, physicians, and office staff. As a key member of the team, the Center Manager will partner with ROM to drive growth within their assigned office location(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial obligations of the center to meet or exceed budget expectations.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee, train, and supervise front desk, surgical, and technical staff operations to ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare ordinances.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in directing physician and patient activities, acting as a liaison between the front and back office to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and overall efficiency of the office.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Regularly identify areas for improvement, research, plan, and develop action plans for immediate implementation.
  • Staff Development: Establish and oversee orientation, training, and career development for new hires.
  • Safety and Compliance: Manage and enforce the safety and security of the workplace environment, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of office operations.
  • Staff Scheduling: Manage and/or oversee staff and physician scheduling, time, attendance, overtime, and time-off requests.
  • Culture and Coaching: Lead, promote, and encourage a healthy and inclusive work environment through regular coaching, teamwork, and positive reinforcement.
  • Performance Evaluation: Coach team members, providing constant support and areas for career development, and evaluate individual performance levels through continuous performance management.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in the medical field and preferably 1+ year of experience managing teammates.
  • Skills: Strong organization and leadership/management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Open availability to work a rotating schedule.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills and EMR experience.
