Job Title: Route Driver

Culligan is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to act as a route driver. The position requires the ability to operate a company-provided route vehicle, deliver product to customers, and maintain good customer service while acquiring new business for additional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct interface with customers and perform routine customer service tasks, including identifying opportunities for other or additional company products and services.
  • Maintain routes and accounts for proper routing sequence, and help with collections and minimum delivery requirements set by the store.
  • Deliver/exchange all types of bottled water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required on scheduled routes.
  • Collect and document receipt of money from customers and complete all paperwork.
  • Ability to operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates, and hand trucks.
  • Must abide by all company policies as contained in the company employee handbook.
  • Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards and wear all safety equipment as required by the position.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the city area you would be working in.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Maintain a good driving record and have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
  • Job requires lifting and carrying, or otherwise transporting objects weighing pounds repeatedly (more than 70% of the time).
  • A significant amount of time is spent walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of the vehicle.
