Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism. They will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies, service claims, and address client concerns.
- Work with prospects to pre-qualify and understand their needs, gather necessary data, develop insurance quotes, present options, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and negotiate with carriers when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system.
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Interact daily with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.
- Licensed Property & Casualty with 0-3 years experience.
- Have a Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Erie Insurance is a plus.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.
- Full-Time Position.
