  • Promote high-performance team dynamics through proactive engagement.
  • Provide precise and well-structured documentation, including defect templates, meeting notes, status reports, and user guides.
  • Facilitate training for QA team members and business users on new functionalities through live and recorded demonstrations.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing within a technical environment, ideally as an SQA tester, business analyst, or in a similar technical writing role.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with 1-3 years of experience applying these principles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with application design concepts associated with software development.
  • Proficient in executing test plans and using various testing tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
