As a therapist-owned and managed organization, we prioritize patient-centered care and operate across various settings in Iowa, offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. Our local administrative office is committed to providing prompt support to our team members, ensuring their success through personalized treatment plans, adaptable scheduling, and open communication aimed at achieving the unique goals of each patient.

COMPENSATION:

$35-$40 per hour, negotiable based on experience

WORKING HOURS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, along with a valid Professional License in the state of employment; two years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Possesses effective time management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and offer consultations for a diverse rehabilitation caseload.
  • Supervise other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as necessary, with potential administrative duties in collaborative settings.
  • Engage actively in the clinical team process.
  • Deliver training and educational support to caregiver staff.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical programs.
