About the Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to lead the development and implementation of advanced chatbots for our customers. As a key member of our Workplace Tech CX team, you will drive the strategic vision of customer experience within IT, measure sentiment, and design integrated tech experiences that bring IT service lines together to solve customer problems.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced software engineer with expertise in artificial intelligence, large language models, and natural language processing. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, guiding them in their work, and ensuring the overall project strategy is on track.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the ServiceNow NLU/LLM subject matter expert (SME)
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Virtual Agent developers, teach and provide guidance to the team
  • Deep-dive investigation of ServiceNow LLM and NowAssist VA deployment
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other Ford LLMs
  • Drive PoCs/discoveries of new tools and technologies to support ServiceNow LLM advancement
  • Analyze ServiceNow VA metrics to identify improvement opportunities

As part of this transition, we're migrating our current enterprise chatbot, 'Blu,' to the ServiceNow Virtual Agent (NLU). We will continuously improve the Chat experience in 2025 and onward, specifically exploring options for an LLM chat experience.
