Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team at Hearthstone at Murrayhill. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents with activities of daily living, promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting according to their individual service plan
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence while preserving their dignity
  • Promptly answer calls for assistance and record and document care provided
  • Escort residents to dining areas and activities
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical condition or behavior to Med Tech, RCC, or Nurse
  • Safely use equipment such as mechanical lifts and respond appropriately in emergency situations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and participate in projects, in-services, or committees as assigned
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Minimum age 18
  • Computer skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Current CPR and First Aid
