Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through proactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance schedules as assigned
  • Service and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Utilize machine shop tools to service equipment
  • Service and maintain production lines to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform on-the-job training of other maintenance team members
  • Assist team members in all grade levels with troubleshooting
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of inverters and proximity switches
  • Ability to read blueprints and possess basic refrigeration knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
  • Associate's Degree in mechanical and/or industrial engineering preferred
Work Environment

This role will be performed within a manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of powered equipment, people, and conveyor. The ideal candidate will be able to stand/walk for the duration of work hours and perform continuous lifting up to 50 pounds.
