Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our ground improvement and shoring projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project workflows, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

This role requires a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with experience in project management, soil mechanics, and geotechnical construction. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, financials, and quality control metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ground improvement and shoring
  • Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, geotechnical construction, and project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
