Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be an integral part of our expanding Empower Personal Wealth sales team, assisting clients during pivotal moments in their financial journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on retirement savings options, including 401(k) and IRA products.
- Deliver personalized support over the phone, particularly during significant life transitions such as employment changes.
- Educate clients on their retirement plans, helping them compare various options to align with their financial goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Possession of current FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within corporate timelines.
- Prior experience in inbound or phone-based sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- A solid understanding of IRAs and retirement investment products/services is beneficial.
