Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is a key role within the Rich Products Corporation, responsible for overseeing the daily production schedule and ensuring that it is manufactured in compliance with customer specifications and company standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily production schedule execution, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement processes throughout the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of quality, productivity, and employee well-being, including training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure that all required documentation for production records is completed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
  • Train and develop line leads and line employees on rules and regulations, safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job expectations.
  • Resolve employee issues through the grievance process, recommending recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance.
  • Attend and complete any company-sponsored training programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is preferred.
  • Strong math skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to direct English, Spanish, and Asian-speaking employees.
  • Ability to document and measure results, as well as supervise and motivate others.
  • Teamwork building skills and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $64, $87,012.11
