Job Summary

Brigade Energy Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Workover Rig Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily activities on our workover rigs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rigging Operations
    • Assist in the rigging up and down of equipment and personnel.
    • Perform elevated work associated with rigging up/down, including removing horse heads from pumping units.
  • Well Servicing
    • Responsible for all work related to servicing the well, including rod basket and tubing board operations.
    • Operate tubing elevators for standing tubing in the derrick.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Support the maintenance and inspection of equipment, including PPE, fall protection, and hoisting components.
    • Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and tailgate meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Report incidents and near-misses in accordance with company policies.
    • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in oilfield operations or a related field.
    • Previous experience working on workover rigs or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Willing and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Can work flexible schedules and overtime as required.
    • Can perform in outdoor working environments in extreme temperatures and conditions.
