Role Summary: We are in search of a Lead Preschool Teacher to engage with students aged 3-4 years.
The Lead Teacher will oversee the daily functions of assigned classes. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and assessing educational and recreational activities within a secure environment. The role involves direct interaction with children and parents to deliver high-quality service.

- Observe children's interests and collaborate with colleagues to create innovative ideas for a captivating curriculum.
- Maintain daily communication with parents, sharing their children's latest experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
- Connect with fellow childcare professionals and pursue continuous growth in your career.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Capability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for the safe handling of children and in emergency situations.
- Meets eligibility for background checks.
