We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Agapes Love Home Care LLC. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to patients in their own homes.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as one year of prior professional experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and transferring
