About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at South Pacific Rehab Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and treatments to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough speech therapy evaluations as per medical orders.
  • Document findings accurately and adhere to guidelines.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, modifying treatment as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.
