Confluence Health is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all Surgical Specialty Care operations across our healthcare system. This role involves strategic planning, organizational management, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality surgical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Chief Ambulatory and Clinic Network Officer to formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals. Lead the development and implementation of service line plans for Surgical Specialty Care.
  • Team Management: Establish and maintain an effective organizational structure for Surgical Specialty Care. Directly manage departmental staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the acquisition of resources necessary for the effective functioning of Surgical Specialty Care. Ensure that operational activities meet or exceed established service levels.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate the organization's philosophy and strategic objectives to all relevant parties.
  • Project Management: Lead complex projects related to facility planning and service development, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and address any variances in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization.
  • Strong background in clinic operations and medical staff relations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level administrative experience.
