About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist/Counselor to join our team in Oak Harbor, Washington. This 13-week contract position (with the option to extend) offers a chance to provide vital mental health services to a diverse population within a supportive behavioral health clinic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Active Washington State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Associate Counselor (LAC).
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing direct mental health services in a clinical setting.
Compensation & Benefits

AB Staffing Solutions offers competitive compensation packages designed to attract and retain top talent. This position includes:

  • A generous hourly rate ranging from $42 to $45, with overtime pay at $103.67-$111.08 per hour.
  • An untaxed weekly per diem of $1,162 to help cover living expenses while traveling.
