Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to work in our skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Provide routine care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily needs, such as preparing for activities and social programs
- Transport residents to and from appointments
- Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Have a 10th grade education or above
- Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
